Seriously... People need to wake up and stay awake at this time.
It is so peaceful, quiet. I always got some things to do at this time so I am only enjoying this time... No barking, voice... It is actually nice to be in silent place. I do think we are exposed to many things. Way too much visual, hearing. Sometimes, people need to enjoy nature......
Well I need to finish homework then maybe hopefully I can get some at least 1 hour sleep for today...

ReplyDelete2 AM to 4 AM is the BEST time to do stuff. It is quite, peaceful, and your mind tends to be in a sleepy state of delirium where you produce some of the best work ever. I've written all my best songs at this time.
Bands such as Shinedown, Staind, Matchbox Twenty (popular song entitled "3 AM"), Nickelback, and Creed all agree that this is a great time to write music. (Even though most of it is about heartbreak and not being able to sleep and all that other bullcrap.)
But I agree with Jung. Most people ought to untilize this time frame between 2 AM and 4 AM.
